In Asia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Thailand we don't eat fillets😂 Fishes are fresh enough they still swimming in the fishmonger!

I think it's really sad that Jamie who went bankrupt and didn't pay his debtors, came back to be paid thousands on MasterChef Australia. Very sad story Jamie!!!!

It’s not because we stopped buying whole fish. It’s because we don’t have fishmongers anymore 🥲 most people I know bought this way, but all the mongers have gone from inland areas 🤷‍♀️ your lucky if you can find one in a supermarket. There is one in my local Morrisons but you can’t buy whole fish, unless it something small like trout and mackerel. This needs to change 🤷‍♀️🧐
