Finance your lease buyout through your local credit union. Do the lease buyout paperwork yourself and buy the warranty through the CU. Route 66 is an awesome warranty and it's less than half the price of the dealerships warranty!

These were my favorite and easiest type of deals to do when I was in the business. No need selling them on a car that they already like and you get the free sale and plus those warranties came in clutch when you get back end profit commission too

Sometimes the Leasing//Finance company can sell it to you directly at a lower cost, depending on your State, etc.

The Dealer Fees can be upwards of $500 - $1, 000+.

Also, always shop around for an Extended Warranty first and foremost, before you give the Finance Manager a greater commission on the deal.

i just buy cars, drive them for about 10 years making no payments, then buy another.. haven't made payments in 30+ yrs and still own them all.

I lease my wife a new car every 3 years. We are on our 4th Buick Enclave we just leased last month so we basically have a full 3 years to go. But I think this is the one we will buy at the end. The 2024 Sport Enclave is so much improved from the prior 3. When we get close to the end of this lease I will be doing my homework.

Extended Warranty’s sound like a scam but they’re worth it. My Tahoe had some engine issues. I called them, thank god a mega bro helped me, I told him I heard engine ticking, and he said “you mean you heard something else ticking right? Because engine ticking would mean it’s not covered” and literally lead me what to say so it would be covered

I had the opposite happen to me in the 90s with a Grand Cherokee. I liked that ride a lot and wanted to keep it but other Cherokees in the lot were a lot cheaper than my buyout. I tried to buy it for less but they wouldn't let me. That was the day I started buying Fords

Even better..never go to the dealership to buy out your lease. They neither have the lien nor own the loan contact the actual lien owner and buy from there...

You get a loan from whatever bank, insurance is pretty standard.
