Buying out my 2020 Toyota Sienna. 23, 000 miles on it and my buyout is only 20 grand. I was able to put a lot down on this lease because I had 11 grand in equity when I bought out my last lease.

Had a Catch-22 situation at the end of our lease. Our mileage was way lower than our allowance, market value was higher than our contracted residual value. But despite strong credit the high interest rate on a buyout loan made the monthly payment really high especially after state taxes were added in to the buyout price. We ended up rolling the lease equity in to a new vehicle lease and handing the keys over on our prior SUV.

my lease ends in 10 months its for 12000 miles a year and right now I have only 14770 miles on it and have had it for 29 months. if I buy it out at end of lease it would be around 22k.
