Maybe this doesn't apply to everyone, but why are we more tired throughout the day if we sleep too long rather than sleeping too little? In other words, when I sleep more than my regular amount, I'm usually more tired thought the day than I am when I sleep less than my regular amount. Maybe it could be selective attention, or maybe science can explain this?

At the beginning of puberty my voice cracked all the time and I couldn't control it, it even sounded like I was sick all the time. Then I made my voice higher and it was hard to control, causing what sounds like the opposite of voice cracks. Now I have made it super low and I'm not sure if it's my real voice or not!!

Back when I was a kid i can sing very very high notes and i can wisthle belt and all high notes song shes gone everything effortlessly. I stopped singing because I'm very shy person then when i became 13 years old one day i have tonsillitis then aftwr 1 day my voice changes and i can't sing that high i always strain wven thought it's just low note no i have melody but i don't have the high notes

ive got a question. during puberty, my voice went higher, although i have had the ability to voluntarily change my voice to a deeper voice since then. so basically instead of my voice getting deeper, it went higher but gave me the ability to switch to a deepr voice. what happened here?
