How To Get SUPERSPEED Horses In Minecraft Bedrock Edition!

Welcome to another Bugrock of the week! Today I show you how to get SUPERSPEED horses in Minecraft Bedrock Edition! Theses horses are WAY faster than they should be, due to some bug in bedrock edition! After a few generations you can easily get a 30 blocks per second horse! Thats 3x faster than a regular one! Tbh this feels like it could be an obscure feature, not a bug, considering that it only works with the speed status effect. I think the only bug is them becoming faster than is normally possible, but it _would_ be a great feature to make the process of breeding a god horse less tedious

I did some testing and it works with donkeys as well which means you can get super speed mobile storage

Hey Silent, if you do the math, there actually is a theoretical maximum for the horse speed! If you do infinite breeding cycles (which is impossible, but it starts getting really close somewhere around 20) then the value actually converges to 5*(random normal horse speed) because of the way horse breeding works. So in theory, the absolute max speed horse you can get is 5*14.23 = 71.15 blocks per second! But on average it'll converge to a value closer to 45 blocks per second because the average horse speed is around 9 blocks per second. The way horse breeding works is it takes the average of the two parents and a random other horse. Speed II gives a 1.4 times boost, so if we assume we've done a lot of breeding cycles the fixed point for this breeding is when (1.4x + 1.4x + (random horse speed))/3 = x which implies 0.2x = (random horse speed) and so x = 5*(random horse speed). I ran a quick script to verify this too and that's what I got. If you start with random horses, with 5 generations you get an average speed of about 22 blocks/sec and a minimum of around 15 blocks/sec, which is already faster than the max natural horse speed. With 10 you get an average of 32 and a min of 24, and with 20 you get an average of 42 and a min of 33.

I once did this in creative with horses that had speed 255, and I instantly went hundreds and hundreds of blocks while riding one. I had to reload the game due to my game lagging out lol, these horses are no joke!

Dunno if Silent already knows this or not.. but ironically, the word "hack" is also a word used in the equestrian sports meaning: a quick ride for pleasure. Like, "the weather was nice so I and [insert horse name] went on a leisurely hack today." : )

I believe this is how breeding horses was intended, 30 blocks per second is a little broken but necessary if you play on a Terraforged world like I do where journeying takes hours.

You can also do it with pigs, mules, donkeys, llamas and striders

It also works with Donkeys and Mules! Can have super fast steeds with carry capacity!

Also, while mounted in a boat, just look down to ride the boat with your steed as your passenger. Helps more casual playtime exploring go smoother being able to boat a horse at night away from base and clearing oceans if you want to go extra far. Especially with these speed boosts.

Use tipped arrows by putting potions into cauldrons and right clicking with arrow. 1 potion can turn into around 16 arrows, and if you put 3 potions and a stack of arrows it would make them all speed arrows and so save 61 potions
edit: potion arrows aren't even working but you can put potions in a cauldron and have dripstone drip water and make infinite potions which is much better

Couple tips for horses and boats:
- To get into a boat with a horse, swim underneath the boat, and enter.
- To get a horse out of the boat, simply use a leash on the horse while it is in the boat
