This has to be my favorite bedrock feature. It's so goofy to basically roid up your horses and making them breed until you get a horse capable of breaking the sound barrier XD

Edit: to put it in perspective, it’s a little bit faster than an elytra spamming rockets

Instead of using a block of hay to speed up growth, you can use a piece of sugar. If I remember it’s around 40 to fully grow a horse

9:55 fun fact: this IS actually how it works in real life, at least for some animals. In snake breeding it's called power feeding and gets the snake to breeding size faster but reduces their life span significantly.

I don't know if it's the same with all other animals but snake breeding is what I know lol.

I’ve got a horse that’s a little faster without speed 2 than yours is with it. He’s totally glitched I don’t understand lol
He’s completely immortal, he once fell into lava and stayed there for awhile and did not even take a single hit. I think he’s got a decent jump, not crazy or anything
Sometimes he randomly disappears for awhile. I’ll put him in a pen, go away, come back, and he’ll be gone. Then a few days later I’ll find him again wandering around, outside of the hole I put him in. Truly an enigma.

I named him Manny after Manny the Headless Man Horse from Ducktales 2017.

I'm glad the added this change, I've been trying to get the perfect Horse in my world, and started with jumping and health, but most of the offspring hasn't been better than the ogs so far. Also you didn't need to correct yourself at 6:10 the highest jumping horse I've seen in creative is 5.5 blocks

I got a horse once on Java that was 21! (I think it was tested slightly differently) She’s pure black and her name’s Raven. She was on a horse racing server and we always won!

If you are always swamped with seeds, you could make a compost bin. I am not certain you need bonemeal at this point but I think it would still help.

I am very glad I decided to use the speed potion glitch to get a very very fast horse before it got patched out. This seams like a lot of work.
