To be honest, there are still a couple steps to completely delete even the remaining small pieces of it, but trying to free up additional 10MiB isn't a good idea:
On Windows 10 versions older than 1709 or 1803, the Windows Defender folder may be located at C:\Windows\InfusedApps, but it won't let you in that easily, so you'll need to take ownership. There's also a security health service, and process which runs at startup, but it's the best to not attempt to free up 10MiB of disk space when the process is disabled through Windows Registry Editor, but it might be useful for people who's device is running out of disk space

man i don't see any folder called "windows defender" there isn't folder in C:\Program Files (x86) either, but in C:\Program Files there is a folder called "windows security", can i delete that folder?

I have an antivirus installed and this windows defender crap keeps blocking all my files based on its own blacklist, my antivirus which is 1000 times better than this windows crap doesn't detect anything but I still have my application blocked... disgusting all the junk software that Microsoft crap installs for you
