Fix for lights that won't turn off on car

Today I am dealing with this 2006 Saturn Vue with day time DRL lights that won't shut off.
Turns out to be the high beam. Watch to the end to see the fix.

That was some crazy electrical ghosts. Im glad you tracked it down. Also check your alternator output at 2500rpm. Add "with fix" to your title. That way people will know that your gonna show the fix if they watch the whole video like I did.

Thank you so much for this vid, my lights will not turn off on my 08 saturn vue. Have been disconnecting the battery. We're in the middle of a snow storm tiday, but will definitely get at this tomorrow. I been going nuts with this.😢

THAT WAS ALOT OF WALKING AROUND FOR A RELAY ISSUE, BUT AS A 49 YEAR MECHANIC I FIGURED IT WAS THE HEADLIGHT REPLAY ON MY2000 MAZDA PROTEGE, JUST WANTED TO SEE WHAT OTHER FOLKS ISSUES WERE WITH THE SAME ISSUE. BEST TO REPLACE BOTH RELAYS BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT CAUSED THAT RELAY TO GO BAD,

It isn't that relay. The high beams are what is stuck on and that relay controls the daytime running lights. It appears to be the multifunction high beam/turn signal/headlight controller on the steering column.
EDIT: Indeed, it is the multi-function switch on the steering column. This is on my daughter's car. I replaced the switch and all is well. It is an extremely quick, easy, and cheap fix. While waiting for the part, I pulled the two high beam fuses in the fuse box so my daughter could at least use the car during the daytime. You either do that or disconnect the battery if you don't want to buy a new battery. While the high beams were stuck on, the low beams would not work so no night driving. I think Joe Z probably had an intermittent issue with his switch that coincidentally went away while he was messing with those relays. My guess is that it comes back at some point in the future.

Wow..My car was over heating, because the second fan wasn't coming on. I took my car to the garage. The guy took some of the fuses and relays out, and back in again. The fan started to work again. But, on the way home, my indicators stopped working, then started again. When I got home.turned the ignition off. My fog lights wouldn't turn off😢. I took the car back to the garage. They still have the car.. Driving me crazy 😧

Well the lights did not go out and I even pulled the 15a fuse brights went out but others showed signs of wanting to come on. So reinserted fuse and disconnected the battery for now.

You should check turn signal switch because if you push the handle forward they turn off

I'm having more or less the same problem with my Pontiac Sunfire. Although my car really only has one relay altogether as far as I know. I swapped it and I still got the problems

mine is that I turn my vehicle in PARK mode and then I do right signal, the low beam lights are gone. please advise
