I've been trying for 3 hours to figure out how to make a rope and finally caved in. This was so easy. I've been trying so hard with the screw modifier but didn't have the initial shape correct.

If the object disappears, try applying scale to both objects. Worked for me after doing that

how to I strech out the bezier curve, I keep dragging it but it doesn't work

i don't know why but i can't merge the circles when pressing M and pressing At center. nothing happens. somebody know what im doing wrong?

how do u align the vertices like that? I am finding that I cannot line them up, which makes it very wonky when I try to merge them and can't complete the tutorial

i get to delete te vertices. in edit mode it does not show the vertices of the circles

When I apply a rope to a BézierCurve, it becomes flat and wider. How can I solve this issue?

it all works well till I add Iterations in the end! My rope is getting flat around the Bézier curve! can somebody help me?:)

terrible tutorial. only realize how it sucks when you try to add a material to the rope.
