I asked about replacements fans in case something breaks and I'm told there is a 1 year warranty. If something goes wrong they will replace the fan. After the warranty expires there will be an option to purchase a new one if you need to.

Thats probably the biggest risk going for something like this, as there is no way to use a typical case fan if you wanted to.
