Yeti Airlines Flight 691 was a scheduled passenger flight from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu to Pokhara International Airport in Pokhara, Nepal. Upon approach, the pilots accidentally set the condition lever to feathered instead of extending the flaps. As a result, the plane stalled and slammed into a gorge in the Seti Gandaki River. Out of the 72 souls on board, 0 made it out alive. RIP to the lost souls.
