How to color a COLORING PAGE in PROCREATE #Shorts

In this easy short Procreate tutorial, I will show you how you can easily color a coloring page in Procreate

In this short Procreate tutorial we'll do the following:
✔ Tap the layer with the coloring page and select Invert
✔ Tap the layer again and select Copy
✔ Make a new layer on top and fill that with black
✔ Tap the black layer and select Mask
✔ Swipe down with three fingers on your canvas and select copy
✔ Delete the original layer with the coloring page
✔ Merge the black layer with the layer mask by pinching them together
✔ Tap the layer and select reference
✔ Make a new layer and drag it underneath the other layer
✔ You can now drag and drop colors onto your canvas to fill sections of the coloring page. Super easy!

Now you'll never wonder how to color a coloring page in Procreate is again!

Or just set the page to „Multiply“ and make a new layer underneath it, that works as well and takes less time.

You can also change the lineart layer to a multiple layer and color in a new layer underneath. You just won't be able to use the fill tool but it works the same

You can aldo just make a multiply layer above it to colour instead.

Good tutorial, but Flo. This can be done way easier. Or at least I don’t know the benefit of doing it this way.😊💋

This is going to help a whole lot for me. I just bought an iPad and I am going to be trying procreate and digital art (I love traditional art, well coloring mostly) and I want to see how I like digital art. I am so glad that there will be soemthing that is close to my normal if I am getting stressed about all of the new and teaching myself to draw.
