Windows + R then search MRT then press okay wait for the pop up press yes then do quick scan press okay boom wait for it to scan and enjoy any slow thing that's slowing u down

Everyone has done it before it's not useful we keep having to repeat deleting them

Deleting temp files will not necessarily speed up your computer, check ram / cpu usage - may also invest in ssd if possible to speedup io since it could hamper overall performance due to latency in reading writing to storage drive- take a look at os and other apps you are using if it's hitting the ressouce limit, either remove tune or upgrade.

Temp: The temporary folder of the user

%temp%: The temporary folder of the WHOLE computer
