Tim Walz slammed for ‘weird’ and ‘creepy’ jibe against JD Vance

Filmmaker Ami Horowitz discusses comments made towards Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

In his first speech since being announced as Kamala Harris’ VP pick, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz described JD Vance as “creepy and just weird as hell”.

“He’s weird? Ok, he was a marine, he was a successful entrepreneur, he came from a completely underprivileged, oppressed background to go to Yale,” Mr Horowitz told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“Is that weird? If that’s weird, I think people should emulate that.”

Walz was the Battalion Command Sergeant Major, the man they would follow into combat. Walz retired suddenly and let his unit go into combat without him. His cowardice is intolerable to those who've done their duty, especially as commanders and senior NCOs.
