I'll just end my two cents with saying this: it doesn't matter how you were born, but you must be born again.

Honestly I'm just here to see how the other half thinks. You can't step into an argument without listening to the person you disagree with.

Yes, divorce hurts children. Almost as much as having parents who constantly fight and visibly hate each other

People don’t preach it because they fear their church attendance will shrink.

I like "we are in the world but not of this world." That helps me a lot.

Well at least these people can have a conversation with the most polite manners and cordiality in the world.

To the people who think that being gay is a choice, does that mean when you were young you could have chosen to be gay if you wanted to? If you answer no to that question, why would you think that someone else could choose to be gay? I honestly don't know why I am gay, but I do know that it had nothing to do with how my parents raised me. I was nowhere near a "momma's boy". I was actually much closer to my dad and spent more time with him than I did with my mom, and he treated me just like any "normaI" dad would treat his son. I was raised exactly the same way and in the same house as my older brother, who turned out to be straight. And I was never sexually abused when I was a kid. I never even knew anyone who was gay until I was 17. Nothing about my childhood was abnormal or out of the ordinary. If it were as easy as just being a choice, I would have chosen to be straight a long time ago, because the discrimination and hatred that many gay people face has tormented me for most of my life. Because of that, I still haven't accepted myself for being gay, unfortunately, from the time I knew that I was different when I was 8-9 years old, all the way up until today. I thank God that there are caring people out there who support and understand the LGBTQ community.

As of June 2020, Voddie has stood firm on the word of God and has not conformed to this world, but has stood firm on the inerrancy and sufficiency of the word of God for every real world event and decisions.

There is no such thing as them and us. We are all sinners. The only thing saves us is blood of Jesus, covers all sinns. My God is strong fortress, I am safe in him.

It's the goodness of God that leads men to repentance.

As long as there’s been human history, people have raised children within groups and practiced polygamy. Claiming humans have always been monogamous between one man and one woman is completely false. Colonialism & Patriarchy wants to believe that’s true, but there is plenty of evidence to the contrary.

22 “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23 In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24 So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’25 “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. 26 And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’27 “He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, 28 for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’29 “Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’30 “ ‘No, father Abraham, ’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’31 “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead '"

The question isn’t about marriage though, it’s “How can homosexuality be wrong if it doesn’t harm anyone” as a gay atheist who wouldn’t get married, you’ve just skimmed over the whole question by banging in about same sex marriage rather than the sexuality itself.
