Donna Schwenk tell her story of how she found cultured foods. She was 41 years old when she became pregnant with her 3rd child. Holly was born 7 weeks early and at 10 months stopped nursing. Donna suffered from diabetes and high blood pressure. Looking for an alternative to feed Holly, Donna found Kefir and they both began eating it. Both were cured and Donna began a journey of good health through nutrition eating Kefir, Kombucha, and Cultured Vegetables.
