Knott's Berry Farm ride leaves guests stuck mid-air for 2 hours

Riders on Knott's Berry Farm's "Sol Spin" were stuck for about two hours.

My co-workers and I couldn't stop laughing at the guy who took a leak while stuck on that ride. Our manager told us that it's not funny and told us to go do something else even though she was kinda giggling as she said that. Afterall, it was funny.

i still don't understand why this took hours, thats so unacceptable
they could've brought the cables out way sooner and at least brought them to a comfortable position siting upright while they figured it out instead of leaving them up there horizontally for hours

Don’t goto knotts berry farm, their rides are faulty and possibly dangerous……
