I lost my left side, so i buy in local store. The original i bought from japan, and the left side i bought from indonesia. I cant connect the buds, after hard reset still not working to. What should i do?

The right earbud of my "xm4" drains way faster than my left earbud. Even after I place it in the case for charging & take it out after a while, the left would be fully charged while the right would be just 80% charged.
Does anyone have this problem? If so, do you know how to fix it?
