My Dr told me to stop eating potatoes around 5 years ago and I stopped. I seen a video, like yours, recently that said potassium can help regulate BP.. So within the past few months I added potatoes back to my diet and my BP is now in the normal zone.. 5 years I craved potatoes and didn't eat them.. I'm now going to listen to my body and give it what it craves.. of course within the healthy guidelines

Prunes are also good. I learned of the importance of potassium while trying to get off BP medication. Then I learned that foods high in potassium conflicted with my medication. This just made the task a bit more challenging.

In the USA cream of tartar has 495 mg of potassium per teaspoon. I've been told that cream of tartar is not made of the same thing in every country.

It worked for me ... I got my numbers down 👇 I quit fast food and make everything at home myself. I'm mainly on Mediterranean food plan and it works for me. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and haven't had any issues with my blood pressure or swelling. My OB says I'm doing great.

I've been on this plan for almost 2 years now.

Oh, and i drink beet juice too. Its something i keep in my fridge

Does this mean carnivores have high blood pressure? Very confusing since some doctors like a carnivore diet.
