Bruh! Let's verify what these little ones are saying before we brush it off. I'm the youngest and I can remember this happening to me a lot as a child the "brush off" until my family realized "Oh, she's right"! Lol. But seriously so glad they're safe🙂

While this was a kinda funny, can we just take a moment to give that little girl props on her situational awareness? Like most kids are in the zone when they're playing, but it's clear she knew what a coyote was and what it could do. If that coyote was going after (which I highly suspect given her size), it's likely it saw her as easy prey. So glad her quick thinking saved her & her brothers!

That's one smart little girl! Though her running made her prey, she was still able to inform her dad as she ran for higher ground!
Good thing, dad was there. It was his voice that made that coyote turn the other way!

There are a lot of coyotes in our neighborhood of Los Angeles and I take this all seriously. Small animals are victims and I would think little ones could become victims as well. No laughing matter.
