This is a serious situation, could have been very bad.

But the daughters calm declaration, "daddy there's a coyote " and his immediate response, "no..." till he turns around. Like, no hon there is not a coyote in our yard, becomes, oh *hit a coyote! I can't stop laughing about it.

Atleast they had a home to run to safety.
Imagine the homeless in tents and the homeless kids.
Thank your landlord, compliment them on their new car and for making those gosh darn disabled poor and lower income paying tenants homeless.
