Crispy Deep Fried Mushroom – hot, crunchy and definitely has less calories than you regular fried chicken, but taste just as good as fried chicken.

▶ Ingredients :

●300 g Enoki Mushrooms/Enokitake
●1 Egg
●1 Cup Tempura Flour
●1 tsp Pepper Powder
●1/2 tsp Salt
●Water
* Measure :
● 1 cup = 180 ml
● tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml
● tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
● g = grams

Serves: 2 people
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Can I replace tempura flour with other flour, such as rice flour etc? Wanted to make this but currently have no tempura flour at home.
