Vauxhall Meriva Review

The Vauxhall Meriva is one of the most popular MPV's on the market, offering great practicality and stylish Vauxhall design cues.

The Meriva comes equipped with an array of convenient features that ultimately make it more practical. For example, its rear doors open in the opposite direction to what you are used to seeing, to allow for easy access to the rear seats.

The passenger seats in the Meriva are also highly flexible and manoeuvrable, which is great for long distance trips.

Former BTCC driver, Paul O'Neill, takes a closer look at the Vauxhall Meriva at one of our Perrys dealerships.

I just bought a Meriva yesterday and the electric hand brake is going to get some used to using. Getting the car off the garage forecourt, I stalled it about three or four times and this is due to the hand brake.... So, reading on how to use it is something I need to do. On the whole, it's a good car so not to shabby.

I have a 63 plate and I'm happy with it apart from the aircon not working. No congestion charge for work is a bonus

What wooden acting.
Electric hand brake is a crap idea.
Not having a spare is a bad idea.

Aren't Vauxhalls extremely reliable or am I thinking about Toyotas?
