The problem with google maps is that, for email outreach, you only get generic emails like info@, sales@, etc, which may get into different departments, however, the goal should be to reach personal emails, which I think won't be possible and have to invest in any email finding tool. As you don't your emails reach out to people who're not in charge.

Thanks for this awesome video but I'm not sure if you forgot to include the script of the website critique part since telling them about their google review doesn't necessarily translate to web dev clients, probably google reputation management. What can we offer the client to help them with their Google score?
How to contact clients without a website through email instead of having to call them or is it not possible?

interesting idea, never thought about the reviews thingy.
I always thought some of the reviews these websites have are not really related to a bad design, bad seo etc. but more related to the company itself and the services they're providing. if that's the case, rebuilding their website might not help them at all. :)
