I swim 2-4 hours a day. Can confirm what this man says is pretty much true. I wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner every to every other day. Never tried the fresh water tip but if it works lmk!

I wear a swim cap to keep my hair dry, and yes, around the edges water gets in but the vast majority of my hair stays dry (I have long hair and put it in a pony tail underneath the swim cap)
