Nebula will not become a villain again. Her story arc wouldn't make sense to this point. They redeemed her. She can be like deadpool as a anti hero but not villain

I think that the plot for guardians 3 will be as follows:
The guardians will try and find Gamora but 2014 Gamora will have been dusted because she was technically part of Thanos' army. They will hear from someone (Idk who) that there is someone called Adam Warlock who knows the soul stones power and how to free people from it. They then venture to find Warlock, adamant to find Gamora and his evil form - Maggus - will fight the guardians. Eventually, the guardians will prevail, perhaps because of the contributions of Thor or Nebula and then he will somehow free Gamora from the stone but someone else emerges too - Natasha Rominoff. Thor will instantly recognise her and they will take her back to earth and the avengers where she reunites with those who thought she was gone.

Alternative version of black widow with Web shooters, spider powers and gadgets trained by that universe's version of spiderman and iron man. In this universe thor went for the head in the events of avengers infinity wars battle of wakanda, in return killing thanos and the snap never happening.

That definitely would emulate Tony kinda being the villain too since he created Ultron. It would be sick to see those 2 sides of Adam just to understand his on screen presence and what he means for the MCU. Great 🔥🔥🔥

I am so GLAD that he said that 2023 Nebula will turn evil again in the main timeline, but forgets that killing her 2014 self will create another timeline where she is dead, and the main timeline will stay the same! 😒😠
