Everyone talks about the victory at Vienna, yet everyone forgets the Battle of Khotyn where 45, 000 Poles defeated an Ottoman army of up to 150, 000. The Battle of Khotyn was not as strategically important as the Battle of Vienna but it was definitely more spectacular.

Small Canadian town I was raised in it's military division is called the 8th hussars. Which is strange because there's no one Polish in that town it was mostly British Irish and Scots. My brother and I were the only two Frenchmen in an all-English community. But luckily we are anglosphere daywalkers so we didn't get hassled .
