RTI “I Belong”: Asian American Resource Group

The RTI “I Belong” campaign tells the stories of our ERG members and how their engagement in ERGs has helped them to foster a true sense of belonging at RTI. Through this campaign we aim to attract and engage diverse external talent and promote ERG membership.

The mission of the Asian American ERG (AAG) is to develop a network of Asian American employees at RTI International and promote best practice sharing to further professional development of its members, thereby creating a supportive environment for the Asian American community and contributing to the success of RTI International’s mission.
