You're videos are exactly what I have been looking for to help me get my 2017 HP on its way to operating like it should be. I haven't been able to fix a Windows 10 update bug that somehow installed the wrong version on Windows 10. I'm hoping you've run into this issue before and could help me.
Back to how helpful and informative PC Monkey is. I have told so many people that I know are having pc issues or that I might overhear discussing pc problems, that your channel is the first place they need to go for help. It shows in your videos how passionate you are about being able to help us all with our tech struggles. You give the right amount of information, we get to see what you're doing as your doing it, and you offer advice on what to do next or what to do when the problem might be a little more in depth than originally thought upon.
In conclusion you and PC Monkey are totally awesome and I thank you very much for being so dedicated to your craft.

Question: Why do I have to designate SEND or RECEIVE on my Win10 PC each time I want to transfer files? Why can't my PC recognize my Android or other device?

I turned on my laptop and realized that there was a green line at the bottom but I didn’t think anything of it, woke up this next morning turned on my laptop and the whole screen is green it’s like a light green color. Idk what to do so if you could assist me that would be great

Hi Jamin, @pc monkey - a big "Thank you" for your "how to" videos on PC issues. It appears that either the ribbon to the motherboard or the motherboard itself is causing an issue on my ACER ASPIRE 3 laptop. Do you have any recommendations on how to resolve this or if it can be repaired/replaced please?

Hi... I just want to know if you could tell me what the problem is with my Acer Travelmate. When I plug the charger in, a solid orange charging light turns on, but won't power on, if I unplug the charger the orange light stays on, only when I remove the battery the orange light turns off...can you please help with that?

Just stumbled on your channel today and I've watched a couple of your videos, but there ain't videos on blinking/flickering laptop screen.
My hp laptop screen has been flickering for few weeks now. I rolled back the update for Display Adapter, uninstalled and reinstalled it but all to no avail.
I entered start up, but to my surprise, I couldn't find F11 (System Repair) key. Please, what else do I need to do to remediate/repair this flickering issue?.

I have a Dell Optiplex 9010 AIO that is having some issues at boot up. It has lots of colored lines that go across the screen, the colors fade and come back. This goes on for about 30-45 minutes then it seems to settle down and work fine until the next reboot

Jamin, I have a Dell Latitude 3520 with 256 m.2 hard drive. I am doing some video production. I'm running out of space. Do you think, if you were me, you would swap the hard drive with a 1TB, or do you think you would buy a USB external hard drive with 6 gig or something like that? Those are the choices in my budget. Thanks for the advice. I'm guessing I have 80 gb free.

I followed your instructions (the problem appears totbe an infected browser) Went to google drop down 3 dots, went to advanced and reset etc. Restarted computer. It's still there. i have a odd question... so i just got a new monitor to add to my current set up... i installed it last night and everything was working fine... today i fire it up and for some reason my new monitor works fine but every so often it acts like it goes to sleep but turns right back on as if i refreshed it on its own... its odd because when i added it last night it didnt do this, it just started doing it as i have fired it up today... what do you think could be a possibility... thank in advance

Thanks for the help. New drive installed by me, loaded Win10 by me using USB and Windows cloud repopulated several desktop folders and files. You saved me a lot of bucks.
