Lol G Synch and Freesync is not supported on ps5 as G synch is for Nvidia cards and freesync for AMD cards.. so it's not gonna do anything

I play on a xl2411k zowie monitor since last week i have experienced some lag and stuttering while playing and in the console menus, thinking it was ps5 problem i bought a new one and the problem is not fixed yet ive tried all configs in the monitor and ps5 and didnt work, can someone help? I must say that this issue is from since last week before that was smooth and nice
