Why did grandma specifically choose black mamba

Two pieces of timber, an m10 orm12 threaded rod, two nuts and two washers. You can tighten the bottom nut which pulls the bottom piece of timber upwards pulling the sink upwards. No risk of anything snapping and you can reuse it

I use the two blocks but instead of zip ties I use a length of electrical wire and twist it up at the top then twist the bottom to really squeeze it up in to place. Five hours and you can remove and install plumbing. But no use for 24-36 hrs
