You do NOT want to use frame generation on CoD or any competitive game, frame gen doesn’t improve response times, it adds better motion at the cost of input lag.

You don't get heavy winters in cali, but if you're in los angeles, the angeles national forest can get a FAIR amount of snow. Go up to big bear with those shoes. It's great up there. I highly suggest Julian CA, which is further south, and also gets snow.
