Thank you for the name “lady bits”; I’m so adopting that. I have several medical disorders, so I’m great at handling terminology on other things, but there’s a bit of stigma where I live about using the terminology for lady bits (not to mention how many women I have chatted with surprise me by not even knowing what I consider base info about fertility like the cycle of an egg and how our insides are built), so I feel videos like this are super important. Thank you so much! It’s also nice to have a straightforward explanation without the “doom and gloom” that surrounds perimenopause and menopause, and guidance on what should be discussed with our provider.
