Thanks for sharing! I figured out the getting in the car one, but not going up the steps or rolling over. Rolling over at night is THE MOST PAINFUL thing ever.

I've noticed having my feet closer together does actually reduce /stop pelvic pain. Thanks for confirming this theory

Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction is often underreported in pregnancy or in my case was dismissed for round ligament pain by an OBGYN and when I changed to a Midwife she told me about pubic Symphysis and if I were to birth on my back it could cause Symphysis Seperation and pelvic floor issues. Listen to your bodies ladies ❤️

Thankyou I needed this, I’ve been suffering with symphysis pubis pain bad for a while now and it’s excruciating turning in bed or lifting one leg up at a time to just get dressed.

The pain is really unbearable to the extent that it's wakes me up itself 😢
Was actually thinking if this is normal and this video showed up
Thanks 👍🏼

My level of pain is between 4-6 during the day. I’m 24 weeks pregnant. Will try to do these everyday and hope it helps 🤞🏼😊

I was in excruciating pain with my first for most of my pregnancy and I did all of these but I screamed in agony regardless. It felt like I was being ripped in half from my crotch and also grinding my pelvic bones together at the same time. It was unbearable. I could sit, stand, lay down or anything without being in excruciating pain. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. This would probably work for someone who's pgp isn't severe though! I was a lost cause and my doctor never sent me to physio or anything, she didn't even know what was wrong with me. I found out myself and then she was like "yeah thats it" then proceeded to not guide me in the right direction. I have a slightly better doctor this time around who at least acknowledges that I have it but she also hasn't suggested physio or anything. Are doctors just clueless about pgp? Or do they just think me screaming in agony is fake? I really wish I knew.

Keeping my knees together while rolling over in bed or changing sleep position really helps me even tho it’s still painful and I’m immediately awake whenever I have to change the position 😢😅

I'll try this, although my worst pain is getting up from a sitting position. can't imagine I'm keeping my feet far apart. :/

Maybe this is why I’m having so much pain. I live in a stacked townhouse so we have lots of stairs, I didn’t realize that sideways walking can help!
