The treadmill is so underated. I only really see a difference in my body when I incorporate the treadmill. The trick is to have an incline though (many people forget that). And what helps is to switch your speeds from slow to fast

Did the 15 incline for 45 minutes the last 3 months down 46 pounds! Finally moved on to running, mixed with the uphill walks and stair master... great video!!

This works!!! Prior to seeing this I just started doing this a few days ago and have lost 2lbs in 3 days. The scale hasn’t moved in months but I’m so glad someone posted this! It works so much. Just a tip: Find your favorite show or a movie that’s 30 minutes or more and it helps with the duration.

I do steep incline treadmill waking too and it is so underrated. It’s hard! After that first 10 minutes it starts getting tough. But the difference in my stomach is amazing, I can definitely say that

Sooo... I started doing this... I’m on week 2 and I’ve already lost 7lbs... I’m super excited to see what it will be at the end of 30 days... it seems so simple but it is intense... lolz...definitely gets the heart rate going...such a motivation!! Thanks for this!!

Just got my treadmill a few weeks ago. 5 minutes on that thing was hard but I was committed towards a better lifestyle routine. Now up to 15 minutes. Gonna keep pushing 5 minutes a week. Wanna lose some weight and increase my cognitive abilities and mood and sleep. I had to start somewhere. Good video. Loved your motivation and honesty. Keep up the great work.

I do this after I eat and I just watch a tv show and 30 mins always feel like forever on a treadmill but so quick when I’m laying in bed

Thank you so much for the inspiration, I’m 13 and I’m 139 lbs and 5’3, so far I’ve lost 25 pounds from eating healthy. I want to start working out more to lose 20lbs of fat.

Today is my first day working out- I’ve never had the motivation to do anything like this. I’m pushing myself as hard as I can, though it’ll be hard. I started today off with 20 minutes and the highest incline and 3.0 speed. Pushing myself the next several days/week is my biggest goal. Thank you for this video🥰
