Extra tip: When you shut down your iPad, don’t just leave it off for a couple minutes. Turn off the WiFi beforehand and shut down the iPad for several hours. When I had this issue, I shut down my iPad several times, but they were all for only a couple minutes. Each time I turned the iPad back on, the issue still wasn’t resolved. However, before I left for almost four hours that same night, I turned off my WiFi and shut down my iPad. When I came back, I checked almost immediately, and the issue was fixed and hasn’t come back since.
