Been riding 18 months and not took a tumble yet. Not sure how I will feel when it happens. Doing some track days now to improve my riding and other courses. Always wear hi vis and full gear. I had a crash last year, hit some gravel on the road in a turn, lowsided and broke my leg. This year, after my bike got repaired and my leg fully recovered, I got back to riding. I ride more carefully to avoid crashing again, but I still enjoy riding.

Got hit by a car and highsided while turning. Two fractured vertabrae, fractured scapula and road rash down my right side. Missed one day of work and was riding again in 2 weeks (in lots of pain). GET BACK ON THE BIKE!

The worst is when its someone else’s fault.
Its always someone else’s FAULT !
Someone getting slammed from behind on the highway happens, sometimes nothing you can do about that.
Agreed commuting on a bike is the most dangerous, lots of crazy fucks in a hurry and distracted drivers!

a van pulled out in front of me on my brand new cbr 600f4 and totaled it and broke some bones. it took me 10 years before i could ride again. been riding for 9 years now and love 2 wheels.
I learned that its better to be safe then be right. For example, if someone does not see me and pulls into my lane, i could stay in my lane because its my lane..or i can be wrong and safe then right and f-ed up.

Crashed my cbr about 2 months ago and broke my collarbone. 3rd time crashing it and the bike still runs fine!! Hondas are beautifully made machine. Wont ever stop riding!!

Last Monday I lost a dear friend to a motorcycle wreck. Someone made a left turn in front of him and no amount of gear would have helped him😞. 2 years before that I lost my brother and another ARMY brother due to motorcycle accidents. Each time I got out on my bike ASAP because you are right, it can be a little nerve racking. In all my brother and ARMY brother were due to animals, a deer and a cow, the most recent one will be doing time in prison for vehicular manslaughter, she was texting at the time of impact. STOP TEXTING AND DRIVING PEOPLE.

My first girlfriend died by hitting a deer on a little Honda going to work at 5 am.
She was a waitress at a restaurant that served breakfast.
Was love of my life. She just turned 19.

My bro wrecked his Yamaha 600 crotch rocket while going around a curve. I think all he was wearing was a helmet. His neck was broken. He had two rods to fuse his neck, 10 screws, and a cross bar. PLEASE READ THIS: He never took a MSF school, didn't learn really how to ride a bike, and it almost killed him. CycleCruza... you have made me evaluate my perspective and approach to riding street bikes to the point to where I will not end up like my bro.

I crashed 3 months ago. I now have all sorts of metal plates, pins, & rods. All in my body. Once I get a can twist my wrist again. I am getting back on a bike!
