I do mine 300 degress bone side down for 1 hour sause flip 15 minutes flip again sause sear and searver 1 hour 30 minutes

Thanks for the to-the-point video. Question, I like the "low and slow" concept -- but can I go lower and slower? Like 225 deg F? I have the time, so slower is ok. Is there a difference in the quality of the cook between a cook at 225 and a cook at 275?

Charcoal to the side maintain the heat, not direct heat. Ribs center water pan or tin foil grease trap. I think you kinda of missed that one man.

It is almost like cooking bacon, but damn no grease.

I will keep it to 240 for 5 hours. Great advice and give it another go. (absolutely depends what season your BBQ in)

Keep the lid slight opens and smokes exits with enough to keep the temperature at or about 210.

Leave them wrapped in foil, open the foil, remove from foil ??

Stovall, I love ya but a bit off on this one, Ribs can be done quickly on a grill. And your recommendations on rib temp seems a bit high also. 190 for Ribs they'll be well done.

420 for 40 mins indirect heat then sear. There is no "best way" We all have our preference.

For you lazy people:
275 degrees F for 4-5 hours.
Get an internal temp of 190-200 degrees F.

But still worth watching the video.
