(Crispy Corn Salt & Pepper)
~Serves 2~
Ingredients:

For Marinating
Corn Niblets (boiled) - 2cups
Corn Starch - 5tbsp
Water - a dash
Oil- for frying

For Tossing:
Oil - 3tbsp
Garlic (chopped) - 1tbsp
Ginger (chopped) - 2tsp
Green chilli (chopped) - 1tsp
Onion (chopped0 - 4tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) - 3tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper Powder - to taste
Soya Sauce (light) - 3tbsp
Chilli Sauce - ½ tbsp
Spring Onion (chopped) - ½ cup
Lemon - ½ no
