but isn't <tr> and </tr> shorter to write than <div class="row">? and style the "tr" in stylesheet than what you are doing? aren't too many divs a bad webpage design?

the problem i m facing is using .row input and .row label, I m unable to align my text and input boxes

My label and text box are not aligned the way its aligned when you did it .. why is it not working . and as you said i used the fro property and id property but when i move the cursor over label the textbox doesnt high light.

Just for information's sake about the different hex colors we are seeing, I have a collection of the various colors used, and have made a page with my paint program. I type in the code in one line, then block off a selection above it, and paint in the color that goes with that code. Gives me a swatch page to consult when I need an idea of what color to use in a particular webpage.
