When i told my neighbor that i was moving to ghana he said that very same thing “why would you ever leave america” . It was at that moment that i really understood the plantation mentality. I understood what harriet tubman had to face getting slaves off the plantation. Good videos. Keep it up. Cant wait to sell house in Spring and get there.

Developed or developing is a feeling. You can go to a village in Ghana and tell them they are not developed and they will turned around and laugh at you. Someone can travel from Ghana to USA and see the killings and say these people are not civilised or developed. These terms are relative and use to make people feel inferior about their situation. The joy that you experience in a particular place makes the place developed and not the roads, constant electricity, water, Internet and buildings

My favorite couple, love the outfit. From Florida won’t miss hurricane season. Living outside of Accra the Eastern Region is cool and land is cheaper. Don’t listen to the naysayers they are just jealous when they see how happy you are. Here in the state you are not safe basically anywhere not church, school, grocery store, work place and I could go on and on. See you next year👍🏾😊

Honestly the phrase “Third World Country is so demeaning, people need to educate themselves. One’s heart likes what it likes. If I want to live in Ghana, then Ghana it is.

You guys are so inspirational. I can't wait to get my husband over there next year. Will be contacting you for a package for our anniversary. I'm so disheartened over the state of US politics. As African-Americans, we are at the brunt of a heartless plan to subjugate us once again since we are of no value (as chattel slaves) to the majority any longer. I ran my DNA and have significant Akan and Yoruba bloodlines in Ghana and other countries....along with other tribes. My hope is that my husband will fall in love with the idea of living in the motherland! Thanks for all the useful, candid and entertaining content you provide!

I am moving back to my country Nigeria 🇳🇬 in a few years from America 🇺🇸 for me-
I need peace, human relations especially with my family, the loneliness in America in sickening. I need to step away from racism and the whole foreign culture that I wasn't born into and couldn't get use to after 23 years My root and heritage is enshrined in my DNA and I feel lost in America sometimes.

In addition, I am 55, I don't want to retire in expensive America with no physical help in sight for seniors. My country will be far more cheaper with help at my beck and call.

Getting the heck out of here.

Thank you beautiful couple. Your marriage is arole model to younger generations.

The weather is a good reason to move to Ghana but the people are the best. You don't have to be black to enjoy the freedom and safety, Even being (obroni) they make me feel at home so I would say the number one reason to move to Ghana is the people!!

All countries have there problems whether they are developing or developed nations, something in there system isn't working for everyone. What makes a country worth living in is if your happy there and you all seem happy in Ghana so Ghana it is!
