I just want to clarify na hindi naman si Cyberbacker ang may kasalanan dito. Hindi naman din control ni company kung ano magiging ugali ni client diba? And if I have the chance to go back sa CB once tapos na lahat ng gawain ko, I will give it a go. :)))

Meron nga pong ganun personality. Friction talaga kapag hindi match and VA and the client-ma the Devil Wears Prada. Dapat talaga namamatch para harmonious ang work relationship.

Thank you po for sharing! these past few days nood talaga ako ng nood ng mga videos regarding sa cyberbacker kase mag-aapply ako, and yung isa mo pong video yung isa sa mga una ko na napanood :) kaya nung nakita ko tong video na to kinabahan ako ng bonga hahahahaha. Akala ko di na worth mag apply! yun pala hindi naman sa system ng company ang naging issue nyo so that sorta comforted me na ipush parin talaga yung balak ko na pag aapply!. I'm a fresh grad and aspiring VA with no experience anything about VA hopefully things will get into place once i apply to the company, nakaka kaba na agad but hoping for the possitive side nman.

This transition sa employment honestly scares me. After staying sa previous company ko for nearly 6 years, I am once again applying for a job. I tried BPOs and this WFH jobs. Because of competition, pataas ng pataas din ang standards ng qualifications. Kung sa una Assessment at Interview lang, ngayon meron na Client Interview which makes it too crucial sa applicants kasi parang display nalang yung agency. Instead of getting a training from the company that hired you, they just simply refer you sa client which is easier for them and a struggle sa apllicant. I can't imagine if mahawaan sa ganitong standards ang mga local companies 😅 Probably a great advantage sa mga kabataan today kasi mas expose sila sa new school curriculum and mas hone hard skills nila and ang mga middle aged applicants would be at a disadvantage situation.

It means she wasn't satisfied of your output. The client should have asked the admin to replace you to her satisfaction in the ealier time. So that both of you can move on and you would be paired up with client that matches your criteria. Until now I'm still confused with all the test that applicant would hve to go through to work with them inorder to assign you with the right client.

2024, ngayon lang ako nanunuod nito. Kaka resigned ko lang, dahil ganyan yung client namin na amerikano. Sasabihin mali, pero pag hiningan mo ng correct process, walang maibigay. Backstabber pa.
