So you are showing a "low carb" video with full sugar Ketchup? Light Mayo and processed turkey bacon? 2 tbsp of Ketchup = 2 tsp of sugar! Light mayo has sugar and potato starch(They added sugar to make it taste good because they removed the good-tasting fat). Your turkey bacon's 3rd ingredient wait for is sugar. I'm baffled how people are yet to figure out the low-fat scam. In an attempt to "lower the fat" you add sugar. So why do a low-carb video if your ingredients are adding sugar? For you all here is an alternate, I've made in the past because I too had the 5 guys burger bowl when traveling. Skip the iceberg and do 3/4 romaine and 1/4 spinach, Skip the ketchup(or find the no sugar kind) add full-fat mayo and real no sugar bacon. I promise you it will taste way better and your liver will say....thank you!
