0.25 Cup Dill Pickles, Chopped (The Big Ones)
SPG (Salt, Pepper, Garlic)

1. There’s a reason this can be done in 20 minutes! Prep the toppings by chopping the lettuce, onion, tomatoes and pickles. Put those In The fridge for later.
2. Grab your brick of meat and violently throw it into a pre-heated cast iron pan. Break it up and allow for the bottom to get some nice color. Season with Salt, pepper and garlic. Feel free to go wild and add any seasoning you want. Mix it together and finish cooking.
3. Plate up your bowl by adding the lettuce followed by the ground beef. Top with tomatoes, onion, pickles and your favorite sauce! obviously the sauce will change the calories so opt for a low cal or be aware of how much you put on.
