i cannot load ubisoft connect let alone i cannot find it in the task manager, i am able to do the first step however ubisoft wont appear in my task manager what should i do??

My ubisoft was first taking a dll error out of random i downloaded the file and i think i fucked up now what do i do it now shows me 2 errors
