My answer would be i have many favorite dishes but one in particular that my mom cook the best, it is a traditional food of my city and it's called XYZ, I'm sure if you try it you will love it

You should have said
I don't have any specific liking or disliking towards a particular kind of food
Although I love indian cuisine overall
and mostly don't care as long as I am eating healthy

saying "you know" may reduce your band as it means as expecting the examiner to know what they are saying, I've learnt this from academicenglishhelp

I eat everything when I'm starving, but sometimes i became capricious choosing what to eat for dinnner because my stomach starts singing pop songs showing its disagreement, if it doesn't like it 😂😂😂
Actually i do love fastfood rather than home made dishes, cause I'm lazy to prepare smth after exhausting day.


I can't remember any words when smn is testing me😢😢😢 especially on speaking test😔😔 cause I'm shy and suffer from bad self- esteem😢😢😢

That means the listener wants an elaborate answer as this is an English speaking test. At first she gave a direct answer. The AI signals that it is not correct. When she answers back & forth, the AI signals it is correct.
