Many people say the prophet 5 or the Jupiter 8 is the analog synth of the 80's but the OBXA is right up there for sure.

Excellent demo!
For me the OB-Xa and the Minimoog are sonic brothers from opposite ends of the spectrum.
One is sweet and smooth while the other is dirty and gritty but I'm convinced they have a common conceptual parent. They inspire me equally. Perhaps I'm just a child of the 1980s. 😊
