Wow she really went straight to "leaky gut" when talking about how the human body digests fructose. Not every single person will have problems with fructose. Just because something "can cause" something to happen doesn't mean it WILL and doesn't mean it will to EVERYONE. villainizing any food or ingredient is wild to me
