I always grab a decent Technical Director (Guiseppe Sartori is brilliant) and within half to a full season i got the best staff across all teams in the ligue i play. Works like a charm.

I follow as many as big clubs as possible on the social media bit when it comes to clubs releasing players the feed will be full of the best clubs and who they're releasing it's handy when you don't have a big transfer budget.

just use your assistant to reminds you about all of these. They're there to do their job. i set it to every two weeks for meeting with assistant

this will help you to manage your players individual training, interact with them as well as fill up your staff if there's any vacant spaces

FM24 is my first FM ever and I was really enjoying it but realizing that you can just put everything on high intensity gegenpressing and just simulate the season always has way better results than if you were fine tuning things and making your own tactics yourself really made me lose any excitement. The fact that this is so broken honestly makes the game unplayable for me. I wish they balance things better in FM25.
