Update December 2024: Pretty much all of my HD's of this type has failed within 3-5 years, so I mostly use the sort of affordable Samsung T-type SSD's nowadays.

Bought the same a month back, on side of the box it's mentioned compatible with Windows. Does that mean it dsnt work with MacBook ? Haven't tested as I don't have MacBook but wish to buy one.
